Of course every individual and organisation is unique and you will have experienced different scenarios and situations in your life to arrive where you are today.
My method provides general principles that you can apply to the specific circumstances in both your professional and personal life. There is a structure and framework to follow but it's also been designed in such a way that every program is bespoke, to the needs of the individual and also in line with that of the organisation.
I would never promote this as a quick fix for anyone. Like anything else, it's about how much time, energy and focus you put into the LIVE coaching sessions (either 1:1 or group), watching the videos, completing the exercises and believing in yourself that you are capable of change.
If you commit to this, then you have every opportunity to create more empathic, secure and connected relationships, with yourself and the other people in your life.
This isn't just a brain dump of information mixed in with coaching, as that is likely to create more overwhelm in your world, and you probably have plenty of that already.
Instead, this is an easy-to-follow process I have developed over the last 10 years and draws on my experience personally coaching hundreds of people individually and as couples, as well as helping thousands more through guides and online workshops.
It's a mix of well respected and heavily researched topics in the fields of positive psychology, neuroscience, professional coaching, mental health and well-being.
I will step into the mentoring space when asked to do so and offer additional perspectives from my life-experience of 20+ years in various professions and industries. I am also well aware of the challenges life brings when trying to balance a busy career as a husband and father to two young children.
My method has been designed to be completed over a 6-12 week period because this is where I have seen the most impactful results firsthand.
The main thing I would advise is to keep up the momentum when you start to see positive changes to reinforce and cement the new habits.

The chances are that no one has ever taught you how to manage and process your emotions in a healthy way, nor have they given you the tools you need to better understand yourself or those people around you.
You see, for things to really shift, you need to create space in your mind to consider a different perspective. When you do this, you can start to show up as the best version of yourself every day, measuring backwards whilst maintaining a clear vision of your new and improved future.
Perhaps it was growing up in the 80s with dyslexia that had the biggest impact on me.
There was no understanding back then and unfortunately I was ridiculed by teachers and discarded as 'slow to learn'. It wasn't until my early 30s that I really started to believe in the Growth Mindset.
I know through this experience that we all have the capacity to change and to heal in our relationships.
You are not broken, you have the gift of neuroplasticity and I feel fortunate enough to have witnessed real-life transformations whilst guiding people through my process..
When you gain a better understanding of the stories you are telling yourself about your life, and the lens in which you are viewing your situation, the benefits can change the course of your life.
